a) FY 2022 - First Quarter Financial Report
b) Resolution authorizing the City Manager or his designee to establish appropriations in the amount of $7,821,018, whereas the City of El Paso is the recipient of the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) grant funds in the amount of $154,365,135, the City Council approves the appropriation of the grant funds from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the American Rescue Plan Act and federal guidelines in the Final Rule to cover expenses incurred to respond to the COVID-19 public health crisis.
