That the Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing Director is authorized to notify C & R Distributing, LLC that the City is terminating Contract 2019-1072 Engine and Transmission Lubricants, Coolants, and Antifreeze (RE-BID) for convenience, pursuant to the provisions and requirements of Part 4, Section 8 (A) of the Contract Clauses, and that the termination shall be effective as of September 28, 2021.
