A Resolution that the City Council authorizes the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement between the City of El Paso, Texas and the Town of Horizon City, Texas for a period of September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022 for the provision of public health and environmental services by the City of El Paso to the Town of Horizon City, Texas, for which the Town of Horizon City shall pay to the City of El Paso an annual amount of One Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Two Dollars and No/100 ($174,542.00).
