BACKGROUND / DISCUSSION:
Discussion of the what, why, where, when, and how to enable Council to have reasonably complete description of he contemplated action. This should include attachment of bid tabulation, or ordinance or resolution if appropriate. What are the benefits to the City of this action? What are the citizen concerns?
The applicant is requesting to rezone from C-1/c/sc (Commercial/condition/special contract) to C-4/c/sc (Commercial/condition/special contract) to allow the subject property to be used as business offices. City Plan Commission recommended 7-0 to approve the proposed rezoning on November 19, 2020. As of January 26, 2021, staff has not received any calls in support or opposition to the rezoning request.
